The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the prices were very reasonable for the value we received. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained and had great attention to detail, with amenities like a fantastic shower and comfortable four-poster beds. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect for us, being reasonably close to the airport which made our travels much more convenient.
Everything was fine and there were no major issues to mention.

Convenient Location, Festive Atmosphere, Great Service. Spent Christmas at a hotel in the area and had an overall decent experience. the location was ideal for exploring nearby tourist attractions and had easy access to public transportation. the festive atmosphere was enjoyable with tasteful decorations and holiday-themed meals that made our stay feel special. the service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff who catered to our needs promptly.
Outdated Rooms, Poor Wi-Fi. However, the outdated rooms with worn-out carpets and peeling paint was a drawback that needs an urgent makeover.

Breakfast was included in our stay and it was very good, offering a variety of options to choose from.

The location of the B&B is perfect, situated down the hill from Bunratty Castle and just a short drive from the airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with plenty of plugs and amenities such as a hair dryer and curling iron. The hostess, Mary Browne, is extremely kind and accommodating. The breakfasts are highly praised, with delicious homemade bread and a full Irish option.
The hotel is spread out and lacks a convenient place to load or unload luggage.

Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and courteous, always ready to assist with any requests we had. Thirdly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail and little touches that made our stay comfortable, such as a great shower and comfortable beds. And finally, the location was perfect, situated near the airport and in a beautiful area with stunning views.
Our stay was fantastic and we couldn't find any faults with this hotel.
